Luxury Amenities

This home offers single level living with no stairs to access the home or inside. With keypad check-in arriving has never been easier. You'll walk into a spacious 11 foot foyer with gorgeous views straight out to the large patio area. The full kitchen with giant prep island is sure to satisfy even the most discerning chef and the huge living room sofa will be the place to gather after all the activity has died down.

Calling it a night has never been so appealing. With comfortable beds, room darkening curtains and white noise fans in every room, everyone will sleep like royalty.

Outside isn't the only place to connect and have fun. The neon game room features hundreds of arcade games on our two arcade cabinets, pop-a-shot basketball, dome hockey, giant connect-4 and a large TV with seating for relaxing while watching your favorite competitor. Sunset Trails also offers traditional board games and puzzles for a more old school vibe.

Additionally, in the Infinity Den our feature amenity, The Infinity Table is our most mentioned activity that surprises our guests. The Infinity table takes all your favorite board games and digitizes them making game time all play and no work!

The best part of Sunset Trails is its location. Being North of the Phoenix metro area means you are close enough to the action to experience all that Phoenix/Scottsdale has to offer, yet you are far enough to truly experience the Arizona desert in a way that just isn't possible in town. The lack of road noise, the view of the stars and the mountains backlit by the sun setting each night are enough to truly melt your chaos into calm.

Both being contractors and loving to work with our hands, Travis and I fell in love with Sunset Trails the moment we laid eyes on it. It was definitely a labor of love, but what we have created here speaks to our souls and we hope it speaks to yours as well.

. We love relaxing on the property in one of the many cozy spaces we have created. We watch the wildlife or just gazing up at the stars.

The home is just a short stroll to the Tonto National Forest for morning or evening walks. We're excited to make plenty more family memories and are happy to be able to offer Sunset Trails for you to make memories in as well. Let us know if there is anything we can do to make your stay perfect.

Enjoy the many fun amenities plus the laid back feel and spectacular sunsets at Sunset Trails!

REVIEWS

11 people 50-80 stayed here and everyone enjoyed it immensely! Some hiked from the house and others enjoyed the pool, the stars, the game table. We all enjoyed the living areas and kitchen . When you wanted some alone time the space allowed that as well! Simply a 10 out of 10!

-Dawn, Waukesha WI. October 2025

Our family of 12 stayed here for one week, ages ranging from 8 to 61. We were very pleased with with the privacy and beautiful outdoor areas. The activities for everyone, young and old, inside and out, were great! Despite being pet friendly we found no evidence of pet hair or smell. We had some cooler days and spent a little more time inside on these days where the infinity games table and games room were a complete hit. The hosts Kimberly and Shannon were wonderful to deal with and very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. We all found it hard to leave and would highly recommend!

-Donald, April 2025

The house was very alluring and true to the pictures and description. We had plenty to do while we were there and it was far enough from the city to allow for tranquil stargazing at night but, close enough to commute to the Phoenix area to catch a couple Spring Training games. We had fun with the pitch-and-putt course, the horseshoe pit, the game room and definitely the electronic game table that wasn't even in the description. Several family hours were spent playing Battleship, Monopoly and Scrabble with no missing pieces or end-of-game cleanup required! The kitchen had more than we expected (air fryer, toaster, coffeemaker, spices, plenty of dishes and utensils, towels and never ran out of ice). The beds were comfortable, and the layout of the house was homey. Our teenager loved the pool and used it every day. We definitely want to return in the future.

-Steve, San Bernadina CA. March 2025

My friends and I had a fantastic stay! The backyard was gorgeous, the fireplace was cozy, and the game room was huge. We all felt right at home. We spent every night in the pool and hot tub and even got treated to the sound of coyotes howling at the moon. The host was super responsive, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back soon!

-Jeremiah, Los Angeles CA. January 2025

This place was perfect to celebrate a 50th birthday. We had several couples and enjoyed the sunshine poolside most days. The house was extremely clean and well stocked, everything was as described, comfortable beds, easy check in and out and very responsive hosts for any questions we had. Would definitely recommend to others. To note- you need a car for this property it is off the beaten path but that was perfect for us.

-Trevor, Thamsford Canada. October 2025

The place was private but still extremely accessible. No need for 4x4 vehicle or ATVs for access. The house itself has a magnitude of activities on the property. The bedrooms and living rooms are spacious! The kitchen has a nice layout and I appreciated the guide to the placement of kitchen utensils. Overall experience was fantastic and I would recommend this house to anybody that wants to visit the Phoenix area.
