The two king bedrooms are on opposite ends of the house for privacy. Each bed has a soft and medium/firm pillow for each sleeper and extra blankets are available. Each bedroom is provided with a white noise fan as well. We have tried to think of everything so you don't have to!

The entire 2.25 acre property is yours to enjoy with the exception of the 2 car garage and the locked owners closet in the hallway.

Other things to note

Our property has the stunning mountain views it offers by being outside of the hustle and bustle of city life.Special Note-Your adventure to Sunset Trails will begin about a mile before you actually reach the property. We are located on a privately maintained gravel and dirt road that can be a bit narrow and bumpy. Take your time and most vehicles will have no issue. However, i would not recommend bringing your Lambo or Ferrari ;-)
